Get your free auditWhat happens after the free audit?
You read it, ask any questions, and decide. Many fixes in the report you can do yourself. If you'd like us to do them, we'll suggest the package that fits — and if nothing fits, we'll say so.
Do I need to be on Shopify?
No. Our copy and ads work for Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, BigCommerce and most other platforms. Email flows are built directly in Klaviyo; if you use something else, such as Shopify Email or Mailchimp, you get the finished emails plus a step-by-step guide to set them up.
Do you run our ads for us?
Not at the moment. We create image ads and copy, and you or your media buyer run them. We don't make video ads, but we can write a script for someone else to film. We'll happily give advice on setting up your first campaigns.
Do you use AI?
Yes — we use AI tools to research and draft faster, which is how we keep prices fair. Every piece is checked and edited before it reaches you, and nothing goes live without your approval.
Who owns the work?
You do. Once paid for, every word, design and email we make for you is yours to use however you like.
How does payment work?
The Quick Fix is paid in full when you book. For the Growth Sprint, half is paid up front and half on delivery. The Monthly Partner plan is paid monthly in advance. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
How does the launch offer work?
Our first 10 clients get 20% off the Growth Sprint: £300 instead of £375. Start with a free audit; if you go ahead while places are left, the discount is applied to your proposal automatically.
